1. Introduction

Welcome to LookLab AI ("LookLab", "we", "us", or "our"). LookLab AI is an AI-powered virtual try-on service that lets you preview hairstyles, glasses, outfits, and makeup on your own photo.

By accessing or using our website and services at looklab.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use LookLab AI.
  • You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • By using LookLab AI, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • Account sharing is not permitted. Each account is for a single user only.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of Service

Permitted Uses

  • Personal, non-commercial use of the AI style generation features.
  • Creating AI-generated looks on photos you own or have the right to use.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use LookLab AI to:

  • Upload, generate, or distribute illegal, explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other individuals.
  • Upload images of other people without their explicit consent.
  • Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exploit system limits, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service or its underlying technology.
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

5. Content & AI Usage

Ownership: You retain full ownership of any photos you upload to LookLab AI.

License to process: By uploading an image, you grant LookLab AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that image solely for the purpose of generating your requested AI transformation. We do not sell or share your images with third parties.

AI-generated results: AI results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, flattering, or realistic. Results are provided for entertainment and exploration purposes only.

Content Restrictions

  • No explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content.
  • No content that depicts or glorifies harm, violence, or discrimination.
  • No misleading use of AI-generated images (e.g., impersonation or deepfakes).

6. Payments & Diamonds

Virtual Currency (💎 Diamonds)

  • Diamonds (💎) are virtual credits used within LookLab AI to access AI generations.
  • Diamonds have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or currency.
  • Diamonds are non-transferable and may not be sold or given to other users.
  • Unused diamonds do not expire, but may be forfeited upon account termination.

Payments

  • All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.
  • By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.
  • All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policies. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. To request a refund, please contact us at support@looklab.ai.

7. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain access until then.
  • Monthly diamond allotments are added at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry forward beyond your existing balance.

8. Service Availability

  • LookLab AI is provided on an "as available" basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LookLab AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to LookLab AI in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any unused diamonds are forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

Your continued use of LookLab AI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
