Uploaded Content
- Photos you upload to use the AI try-on features.
- AI-generated images produced from your photos.

- Interactions with the service (styles tried, generations created).
- Device type, browser, and operating system information.
- IP address and approximate geographic region.
- Session and authentication data.
Payment Information
We do not store your payment details. All payment processing is handled directly by Paddle. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions and associated order references.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the LookLab AI service.
- To process AI transformations using your uploaded images.
- To manage your account, subscriptions, and diamond balance.
- To process payments and fulfil purchases via Paddle.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.
- To send service-related communications (e.g. account or billing updates).
- To analyse usage patterns and improve product quality.
4. Image Processing
Your uploaded photos are processed solely to generate the AI-transformed results you requested. This is the core function of the service.
- Images are processed by our AI models to generate style results.
- Images are stored securely and associated with your account.
- Images are not used for training AI models without your explicit consent.
- Images are not shared with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
- You can delete your uploaded images and generated results at any time from your account.
Because photos may include biometric data (your face), we take extra care to minimise access and store images with encryption at rest.
5. Sharing of Information
We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party.
We share data only where strictly necessary to operate the service:
Service Providers
- Supabase — authentication, database storage, and file storage. Data is stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure.
- Paddle — payment processing and subscription management. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record.
- Vercel — website hosting, serverless functions, and global content delivery.
- AI inference providers — used to process image transformations (images are transmitted securely and not retained by these providers).
All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of LookLab AI, our users, or the public.
6. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Uploaded images and generation history are retained to provide your history and gallery features.
- Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
- We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit.
- User data is stored with encryption at rest on Supabase-managed infrastructure.
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
- We regularly review our security practices to protect against unauthorised access.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Object to or restrict certain types of data processing.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
