Refund Policy

1. Introduction
All payments on LookLab AI are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised Merchant of Record.
This policy explains when refunds are available, what is not refundable, and how to submit a request. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
2. General Policy
All purchases — including subscription plans and one-time diamond packs — are final by default. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the conditions described below.
3. Eligible for Refund
A refund may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Technical failure — a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from using the service after purchase.
- Accidental purchase — reviewed case-by-case if reported within 7 days and the diamonds have not been used.
All refund requests are reviewed individually. Approval is at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable
Refunds are not provided for:
- Used diamonds (💎) — diamonds that have already been consumed to generate AI looks are non-refundable.
- Change of mind after usage — if you have used the service, we are unable to process a refund.
- Dissatisfaction with AI results — AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations. This is disclosed before purchase.
- Partial use — if a portion of your diamond pack or subscription allotment has been used, only unused diamonds may be considered for a refund.
5. Subscription Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a subscription period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Contact us within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Email support@looklab.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your account email address and the Paddle transaction ID or order reference.
- Briefly describe the reason for your request.
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
7. Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle. When a refund is approved, it is issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. LookLab AI does not handle payment details directly.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank. The timeline is determined by Paddle and your financial institution, not by LookLab AI.
9. Abuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we have reasonable grounds to believe the request involves abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts found to be misusing the refund policy may be suspended.
10. Changes to Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of LookLab AI after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
